Principia College is a Christian Science-affiliated liberal arts college in Elsah, Illinois, part of the Principia system founded by Mary Kimball Morgan in 1898. Its bluff-top campus overlooking the Mississippi River includes several buildings designed by architect Bernard Maybeck. Since 2024 the college has admitted students regardless of religious affiliation while continuing to give preference to active Christian Scientists in admissions and hiring.
