What to Include
A problem with an order. Send the date, the amount, and the payment provider's reference if you have it. If you were charged but did not get your report, say so plainly and it will be fixed - see Refunds.
A privacy request - to see, correct, export or erase your data. Write from the email address on your account, and say which of the following you want:
- a copy of the data held about you;
- a correction to something that is wrong;
- erasure - and note that this means the real thing, not the site's ordinary "delete", which only hides a record. The difference is explained under Retention and deletion;
- removal of your forum posts, if you want those gone as well as the account;
- an objection to something in particular that we do with your data.
Say which charts, reports or posts you mean if it is only some of them. If it is all of it, say that.
A report that reads badly - wrong, empty, truncated, or covering sections you did not buy. Include the chart name and roughly when you generated it.
Moderation. To report a post or comment, use the report control on the post where there is one; it reaches the moderators faster than the form does. Use the form for anything the control cannot express, and for appeals against a removal or a suspension.
Security. If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before publishing it and give a reasonable window to fix it. Reports made in good faith are welcome and will be credited if you would like.
