The Potter's House is a nondenominational megachurch in Dallas founded by Bishop T.D. Jakes in 1996, when he relocated a congregation of about 50 families from West Virginia. It grew into one of the largest churches in the United States, known for its charismatic worship style and extensive community outreach, including ministries for the homeless, substance-abuse recovery, and economic development. In 2025, Jakes passed senior leadership of the church to his daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Jakes Roberts and Touré Roberts.
