Ner Israel Rabbinical College is a Haredi yeshiva in the Mount Washington-Greenspring area of Baltimore, Maryland, founded in 1933 by Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchok Ruderman. It operates a mechina (preparatory high school), a beis medrash/undergraduate division, and a kollel for advanced married students, and is a leading Litvish (non-Hasidic) yeshiva in the United States. The college is affiliated with Agudath Israel of America and is currently headed by Rabbi Aharon Feldman.
