The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) is the congregational arm of the Conservative Jewish movement in North America. It supports affiliated congregations with leadership training, programming, and the USY youth movement. USCJ was founded in 1913 under the leadership of Solomon Schechter and is headquartered in New York City.
