Hononol is one of the twelve Zodiacal Kings of Liber Scientiae, Auxilii et Victoriae Terrestris, John Dee's tabulation of the angelic sessions he worked with Edward Kelley in 1584 and 1585. The ninety-one Parts of the Earth, the Enochian Governors, are shared in that manuscript among twelve Kings, each tied to a tribe of Israel. Hononol governs the tribe of Judah and holds seven Parts.
Hononol's Parts are Genadol, the second Part of DEO, the seventh Aethyr, assigned to Arabia; Oddiorg, opening ZIP, the ninth, assigned to Assyria; Ponodol, completing ICH, the eleventh, assigned to Lacia, read as Latium; Lauacon, the second Part of LEA, the sixteenth, assigned to Ethiopia in the broad sixteenth-century sense of the word; Parziba, the second Part of KHR, the twentieth, assigned to a territory named Carcedoma; Vastrim, opening RII, the twenty-ninth, assigned to Assyria a second time, distinct from Oddiorg's Part; and Advorpt, the third Part of TEX, the thirtieth, assigned to Creta, Crete.
Hononol's zodiac sign, as for every King, is a modern reconstruction over the tribe of Judah, since Dee's material assigns no sign directly and competing reconstructions now circulate. Hononol is distinct from the seven Kings of the Heptarchia, the unrelated weekday system recorded separately in De Heptarchia Mystica.
