J.J. Hurtak

J.J. Hurtak is an American social scientist and the founder and president of The Academy For Future Science, a nonprofit organization he and his wife Desiree Hurtak established in 1974. He reports having received The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch during a 1973 mystical experience in which he was addressed by a being he identifies as the angel Enoch, and the Academy has published the resulting text, and Hurtak's many subsequent books, continuously since. He describes his own background as spanning comparative religion, futures studies and remote sensing, and has spoken at universities and scientific academies in several countries. As of the Academy's own most recent public biography, he and Desiree Hurtak continue to lead the organization and its publishing and teaching program.
