Scholars therefore treat the ascriptions as traditional rather than as established, without being able to say which texts are early.What would resolve this Systematic dating of the Khojki manuscript collections, and linguistic analysis of the corpus against securely dated South Asian texts of the fourteenth to sixteenth centuries, would let the earlier strata be separated from the later.
