Radha Soami Satsang Beas is a spiritual organization in the Sant Mat tradition, founded in Punjab, India, in 1891, when Jaimal Singh settled on the west bank of the Beas River and began the movement that would carry the settlement's own name into its later organizational title. The tradition Jaimal Singh established there grew over the following century into an international spiritual movement centered on the practice of Sant Mat meditation under a living succession of spiritual teachers based at the original Beas settlement.

From that single riverside settlement in 1891, Radha Soami Satsang Beas is present today in more than ninety countries with thousands of local satsang centres, a global reach built entirely from the original community Jaimal Singh founded on the Beas riverbank, and the organization runs a network of charitable hospitals and eye and medical camps through its Maharaj Jagat Singh Medical Relief Society, extending its own religious practice into a sustained program of public medical service. The Sant Mat tradition Jaimal Singh established rests on a living succession of spiritual teachers based at the original Beas settlement, a continuity of leadership across more than a century that has anchored the movement's global growth to the single riverside site where it began.

Radha Soami Satsang Beas's own website names four charitable hospitals run by its Maharaj Jagat Singh Medical Relief Society: the 300 bed Maharaj Sawan Singh Charitable Hospital at Beas, the 50 bed Maharaj Charan Singh Charitable Hospital at Sikanderpur, the 75 bed Bhota Charitable Hospital in Himachal Pradesh, and the Dera Hospital at Dera Baba Jaimal Singh, alongside an eye camp program begun in 1965 that treated nearly 59,000 people for cataracts and other eye diseases through 2002, its final documented camp, in 1989, treating more than 6,000 patients with the help of more than 7,000 volunteer sevadars.

On 5 July 2020, per independent Indian press reporting, the organization's Chhatarpur campus in Delhi was made operational, with its own consent, as the Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre and Hospital, a 10,000 bed facility at the time reported as the world's largest Covid-19 care centre, run under Indo-Tibetan Border Police management rather than by the organization itself once converted, a striking instance of a century old religious campus repurposed at national scale during a public health emergency.
