Jessica Utts's An Assessment of the Evidence for Psychic Functioning, published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration in 1996, is a statistician's peer reviewed evaluation of remote viewing and related parapsychological experimental data, notably including work connected to the government funded Stargate program. Utts herself is a credentialed academic statistician, which gives the piece a genuine methodological voice on the data's statistical properties.
