Scott Cunningham's popular reference within modern Wiccan and Neopagan practice, listing plants together with the traditional and folk magical correspondences and uses taught within that practice, first published by Llewellyn in 1985. As a practitioner's own compiled reference rather than an academic or scientific study, it sits at this atlas's middle tier, a reputable and widely used popular source rather than peer reviewed scholarship. It is the right source for documenting what contemporary Wiccan and folk magic practice associates with a given herb. It is not a botanical, pharmacological or academic historical source, and it is not evidence that a correspondence predates modern practice unless the entry itself makes that historical claim.
