Resolution I.10, passed by the 1998 Lambeth Conference on 5 August 1998 by a vote of 526 to 70 with 45 abstentions, is the Anglican Communion's own conference resolution on human sexuality: it upholds faithfulness in marriage between a man and a woman as the standard for Christian teaching, states that all baptised persons regardless of orientation are full members of the Body of Christ owed pastoral care, and records that the Conference cannot advise the legitimising or blessing of same sex unions nor the ordination of those in same gender unions.

Assessment
Reliability Tier
1
Reliability tier 1: the primary text of the resolution itself, published by the Anglican Communion Office, the strongest available witness to what the Lambeth Conference actually resolved.
Notes
The Anglican Communion's own 1998 conference resolution text. Authoritative for what the resolution says; it is not a record of how individual provinces have since acted, which is a separately sourced question.

Yes
Custodian Body
Anglican Communion (Lambeth Conference)
Custodian Basis
A resolution of the Communion's own decennial conference. Authoritative for the Communion's 1998 conference position; not binding law on any single province and not a record of later provincial action.
