Adjaye Associates' own project page for the National Cathedral of Ghana is the architecture firm's self account of its design for the cathedral, announced in 2018 by President Nana Akufo-Addo and designed by David Adjaye's firm. Its authority is that of the design firm's own statement of its project, its intended features and its stated symbolic aims, which is the kind of claim a design firm's own account is the right source for. It is not an independent journalistic or financial account of the project's funding, construction status or the public controversy that has surrounded it, which needs a separate news source.

Organization-primary-source shape (a religious or civic body's own official website about itself). This is an institutional self-account and sits at tier 2; tier 3 is reserved narrowly for a tradition's own account of its own teachings and practice, not for an organization's own website about itself.
