Documents that "Soon and Very Soon" was written and copyright registered in 1976, released on Andrae Crouch and the Disciples' sixth album This Is Another Day (Light Records, LS-5683), published as sheet music through Lexicon Music the same year, and adopted into hymnals across denominational lines beginning in 1979, including the COGIC hymnal Yes, Lord! in 1982.
