Adventist Frontier Missions' own account of its work among the Mongolian people, stating that Brad and Cathie Jolly began the mission's work in Mongolia in 1991, when the newly post-Communist country had fewer than ten known Christians and no Seventh-day Adventists at all; that an early convert, Bold Batsukh, a former Buddhist monk, met the Jollys at meetings held in their Ulaanbaatar apartment; and that the work was incorporated into the Northern Asia-Pacific Division of Seventh-day Adventists on 9 January 1998.

Reliability Tier
3
A missionary sending organization's own account of its own founding work, tier three; self-reported but specific and dated. The page carries no publication date of its own, named here rather than left silent, and elsewhere on the same site states the work began in 1990 rather than 1991; a second organizational account (AFM Society, Canada) independently gives a fall 1991 launch with first baptisms exactly two years later in fall 1993, which this file follows as the better-supported reading.
Notes
Used for Seventh-day Adventism's 1991 Mongolia event: its founding missionaries and the 1998 formal incorporation date.
