Origin from 2026

On 26 June 2026, Jehovah's Witnesses purchased a sixty eight acre property directly across the lake from their world headquarters in Warwick, New York, including a roughly four hundred thirty three thousand square foot office and data center built by IBM and later operated by its spinoff Kyndryl. The organization's own announcement named the tract the Blue Lake property for its position beside the headquarters campus, quoting United States spokesman Jason Hohl that it would provide additional flexibility for the faith's growing global operations. The purchase followed the same congregation's decades long expansion of its Warwick campus since relocating its world headquarters there from Brooklyn, and coincided with plans for a new media center nearby in Ramapo, New York.
