The Unitarian Universalist Association is the association of Unitarian Universalist congregations in the United States, formed in 1961 by the merger of the American Unitarian Association and the Universalist Church of America. It is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. UUA congregations are non-creedal, organized around a shared set of Seven Principles rather than a fixed doctrine, and draw on multiple religious and humanist sources.
