The Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse's own findings report into Case Study 53, an institutional review of Yeshiva Bondi and Yeshivah Melbourne's current child protection policies and procedures, held as a follow up to Case Study 22's 2015 hearing. The Commission held a public hearing on 23 March 2017 examining what the two institutions had put in place since. The Commission's own record states that Yeshivah Melbourne had taken steps including drafting formal child protection policies and providing training to children, parents and staff.
