The Seventh-day Adventist Church held its 61st General Conference Session, the denomination's quinquennial world business meeting, at the America's Center Convention Complex in St. Louis, Missouri, from 6 to 11 June 2022, the church's first hybrid session, held both in person and by remote participation, after the session's originally booked Indianapolis venue became unavailable and its originally scheduled 2020 date was postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic. On the session's opening day, 6 June 2022, delegates voted to accept the Nominating Committee's recommendation and re-elected Ted N. C. Wilson, the church's president since 2010, to a third term as General Conference president for the 2022 to 2025 term, alongside Erton C. Kohler as executive secretary and Paul H. Douglas as treasurer.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church held its 61st General Conference Session, the denomination's quinquennial world business meeting, at the America's Center Convention Complex in St. Louis, Missouri, from 6 to 11 June 2022. It was the church's first hybrid session, held both in person and by remote participation, after the session's originally booked Indianapolis venue became unavailable and its originally scheduled 2020 date was postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the session's opening day, 6 June 2022, delegates voted to accept the Nominating Committee's recommendation and re-elected Ted N. C. Wilson, the church's president since 2010, to a third term as General Conference president for the 2022 to 2025 term. Erton C. Kohler was elected executive secretary and Paul H. Douglas treasurer, alongside him.
