Heptarchic Prince gathers all seven Princes of John Dee's De Heptarchia Mystica, each recorded, like the King each is paired with, from the angelic sessions Dee held with Edward Kelley in 1582 and 1583 and preserved in Sloane MS 3191, and each sharing its king's own day and planet assignment rather than carrying an independent one.
Bornogo is paired with King Bobogel and shares his assignment to Sunday and the Sun; the manuscript records Bornogo serving under Bobogel rather than ruling independently, and describes the structure generally as one in which each day's prince serves under its king. Hagonel is paired with Carmara, sharing Monday and the Moon, and the manuscript describes him appearing with a large retinue of attendant ministers, identified by table position rather than by individual name. Befafes shares Babalel's Tuesday and Mars; Blisdon shares Bnaspol's Wednesday and Mercury; Butmono shares Bynepor's Thursday and Jupiter; Bagenol shares Baligon's Friday and Venus; Brorges shares Bnapsen's Saturday and Saturn, closing the week long cycle of the Heptarchia.
None of the seven princes carries a planetary or daily assignment that differs from the king it is paired with, so the group's own identity is defined entirely by that pairing and by a subordinate role the manuscript states outright rather than leaves to inference. Every prince is attested by the same 1582 to 1583 working as its king, so the seven stand or fall as evidence together with the seven Kings rather than as a separately sourced tradition.
