Its strength is that it is a peer reviewed academic monograph from a specialist publisher in ancient studies, working directly from the Hellenistic Greek astrological texts rather than from later popularized restatements of the system. Its limit is that it addresses the Hellenistic system specifically, so a claim about how later medieval or modern astrology altered these house meanings needs a source tracing that later development.
