The Episcopal Church is the U.S.-based province of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Its national offices, the Episcopal Church Center, have been located at 815 Second Avenue in New York City since the current building was dedicated in 1963. The church is governed by a triennial General Convention and led by a Presiding Bishop.
